INGREDIENTS
  • 125 g of Icing Sugar

  • 2 Medium Egg Whites

  • 100g Almonds

  • 1 Tbsp Of Cocoa

  • 2 Tbsp of Skimmed Mild

  • 50g of Dark or Milk Chocolate

GUIDE / INSTRUCTIONS
  • You first need to heat the oven at around 160 degrees Celsius.

  • Now you want to line a baking sheet with some baking paper. You will need to now sift the cocoa and icing sugar in a bowl. Stir the ground almonds as well.

  • Start whisking the egg whites until they are stiff, then you have to fold them in the dry ingredients.

  • Fill an icing bag with a nozzle with the mixture and then pipe 24 small bobs at around 3 cm across from one another on the baking sheet. You want to have enough space between one another to make sure that they are not super close. Smooth the surface with your wet finger, let it to try out for 15 minutes

  • You must bake them for up to 20 minutes until they feel that they are firm, and they can be peeled from the paper.
